To The Mighty Mississippi And Back

I recently returned from a trip to Iowa and the Mississippi River for the purpose of a rock hunt and other fun activities. It was a much needed vacation and I hope to do more this summer.   I was able to find a few nice specimens to bring back.  I was thrilled that my first find was a Lake Superior Agate.  Not a great one, but still it is an agate!  I love looking for those.  I’ll have the specimens  washed up soon and decide which ones I want to slab and put up for sale.   Stay tuned.
